Do It Yourself Brunch Menu

Brunching with Family

Your Weekends are never going to be the same after reviewing this brunch menu. My philosophies are inspired by the warmth of my family and the accompaniment of amazing food. Most of these dishes are similar to what is served in restaurants, but allows you to replicate them and create your very own tradition. There is no greater joy than bringing your meals to the next level. Am confident everyone is going to be impressed and won’t miss the waiter service.

Although this process might be a bit tedious, and calls for more precision, I promise you that it’s worth the journey. Consequently, nothing more satisfying than cooking over a few drinks, wide grins, great music, and the aroma of a bustling kitchen. Since this it’s an obvious cheat day— let’s get that fact out of our system period. Who needs the gym on the weekends anyway? We have no room for a buzz-kill!

I compiled dishes to create a menu that is both versatile and unique unlike a regular meal. Each dish portrays its own personality and flare—something I was able to relate to with my child hood days. You may decide to attempt creating all the items if you a catering for a large crowd or just pick the ones most suitable to the preferences of your guests.

Finally, gather your most treasured table decor; jazz up your back yard or simply dress up your dining room. Likewise, brunch is intended to help calm your nerves from the previous week and will prepare you for the upcoming ones. Sleep in! Treat your family and friends to your favorite mid-morning meal because it’s the sweetest thing to do. Either way, it’s gonna be a fiesta!

Deviled Egg Croissant-wiches

Recipe via: Better Homes and Gardens

During my college days, egg salad was my absolute obsession. We had a ton of artisan breads in our pantry from pastry labs—let me tell you, we throw these into an immediate egg-fest. It’s rich, but decadent and fluffy, seasoned to perfection, and includes bacon! #DoubleYum.  My roomie Kadeen and I always fought over the last few dollops in the refrigerator and this sandwich brings back such fond memories.

Passion Fruit and Mint Cooler

Recipe via: Todd Porter & Diane Cu| White on Rice Couple

I grew up picking passion fruits from my backyard. My father raised me to embrace the fruit of the land, by incorporating them in multiple juice drinks. It is one of the most refreshing juices you can drink. The acidity level is the perfect contrast when eating high calorie and fat based foods. This drink will certainly help cleanse your palate.
